So, how does our body lose weight from drinking turmeric tea? Turmeric tea is good for the digestive system as it has anti-inflammatory properties that helps suppress fat cell proliferation (reduces belly fat) and regulates blood sugar levels, further preventing insulin resistance. The curcumin or circuminoids compound in turmeric is the fat burner that you need to speed up the weight loss. BUT, to accelerate the effectiveness of turmeric tea, extra ingredients will be added!
What’s the next ingredient? Ginger! According to several studies, the compounds called zingerone and shogaols in ginger may be beneficial in the complex bodily processes that burn and store fat. But how do we prepare the tea? Well, it’s quite easy!
Here are the following steps:
1) Put 250ml water into a pot/saucepan
2) Add half-inch cinnamon into it (broken into small pieces)
3) Add a pinch of freshly crushed pepper
4) Boil it and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
(you can prepare a half-inch ginger during the 5 minutes of waiting)
5) After 5 minutes, add ⅓ teaspoon of turmeric powder and stir it.
6) After it’s mixed, turn off the heat.
7) Put the ginger you prepped in a mug/cup, then pour your turmeric mixture into it.
8) Let the ingredients to steep for 10 minutes
9) You’re ready to drink it!
