In stock items will be shipped out within 3 days and please expect to receive it within 5-10 days.
Pre-order items will be shipped out within 28 days and please expect to receive it within 30-35 days.
Please note however, that if your order has a combination of In Stock and Pre-order items, we will reserve the In Stock item for you whilst waiting for the Pre-order item to arrive. Once all items have reached us, we will complete the order and deliver it to you.
Pre-order items are items that have been sold out at the time of your purchase. We will need to restock them from our overseas partners and have them shipped in, which is the reason for the longer processing time.
We compile orders for Pre-order items on a weekly basis. These orders will then take 5-10 days to arrive at our overseas partner. At our overseas partner, the order will then be shipped out every two weeks to Malaysia. Once the stock has arrived in Malaysia, your order will be shipped out within 3 days from our warehouse. This whole process will take between 21-28 days.
If your order is for an In Stock item, the longer processing time could be a result of a high and unexpected influx of orders.
If your order is for a Pre-order item, the longer processing time could be because your order took longer than expected to arrive at our overseas partner and missed the scheduled shipment to Malaysia. Rest assured your order will then be rescheduled to the next shipment date.

Please take note: Any import duties and taxes that are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We only accept returns for wrong or defective items. Shipping fees will be reimbursed to the purchaser once we have received the item.
